Article 35 (5) and Article 37 (2) of the PIPA may restrict your right to make requests to browse or stop your personal information being processed. You may not ask us to revise or delete your personal information if the personal information is listed as being subject to collection under other applicable laws.

Greenwich makes inquiries into whether the person who makes the request to browse, correct or delete, or stop the processing of the personal information is the information subject or his or her authorized legal representative. DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION Greenwich will destroy personal information without delay when said personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the personal information retention period has elapsed and the processing purpose is complete.

If the personal information has to be preserved in accordance with other laws and regulations, despite the expiration of the retention period of personal information as agreed to by the information subject or the fulfillment of the purpose of the processing, the personal information may be transferred to a separate database (DB) or may be stored in a separate location.
